Team orders only. We will not accept individual orders.

Volleyball Alberta will email the order form link directly to Team Managers [team main contacts]. Please check with them to place your order.

If you are a Team Manager [team main contact] and did not receive the online order form link email, please send Julie an email info@volleyballalberta.ca and she will gladly send you the online order form link. 

Order Deadline: March 25th @ 3pm. 
We are asking all teams to submit their orders to us by March 25th @ 3pm; Monday after our last Premier #2 tournament.

As these are Provincial Championship shirts, team orders will be available for pick up at your Provincial Championship Tournament venue by the order form contact.

2 Great looks for 2019! Get one of each or choose your favourite! Volleyball Alberta is proud to partner with Elite SportsWear again this year and we are excited to offer our members 2 great 2 0 1 9  P R O V I N C I A L S shirt options this year.

Look for our sample shirts at your Premier #1 and Premier #2 Tournaments. Our venue coordinators will be happy to show your team our 2 0 1 9   P R O V I N C I A L S sample sets [small, medium, large will be available at all venues; XS & XL samples will be available at Saville (Edmonton) and Rally Pointe (Calgary)]. We will do our best to have sample sets available for all to see and try on at all of our venues [Premier #1 and Premier #2 only]. In the unfortunate event that a sample set wasn’t available at your tournament venue, please see our sizing charts below and feel free to call Julie and she’ll gladly assist you in choosing the right size!

Returns & Exchanges

All merchandise items are final sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds will be accepted.

Payment

Paypal is the preferred method of payment. You can use any major credit card to pay through Paypal (no account needed). After you enter your desired purchase items through our online order form, you still need to click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the order page in order to complete the process.

Pickup (order form contact only)

Team orders will be available for pick up at your Provincial Championship Tournament venue. Please ensure that the contact entered on this form will be the person picking up your teams order. 

Refunds and Exchanges

• If we have made a mistake in sending you the wrong size of the item you asked for, we will be more than happy to send you the correct item at no cost. (Please note that it will take 1-2 weeks from the time of the item is reported to send you a replacement). 

• If you have made a mistake in giving us the wrong size, we will not give you an exchange or refund so please be sure to give us the correct size and color of the shirt you want to purchase because every shirt is made to order.

• Any damages or defects (not mentioned in a listing) to an item within 7 days can be exchanged for a replacement. The buyer is responsible for mailing the damaged product back for inspection and evaluation before we mail you out a replacement. Please allow 2 weeks from the time of the item is received, to send you a replacement.)
