The North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) are being held July 15-23 in Kjipuktuk (Halifax), Dartmouth, Millbrook First Nation, Sipekne’katik. The Games will bring together more than 5,000 athletes, coaches and team staff from 756 Indigenous Nations to celebrate, share and reconnect through sport and culture. Volleyball is one of sixteen sports hosted at the NAIG, and the Indigenous Sport Council of Alberta is proud to send the following four teams to represent Team Alberta. Volleyball Alberta would like to congratulate these athletes and coaches on being selected and wish them success in their pursuit of excellence in Nova Scotia.
