This fall, the Tsuut’ina Nation was announced to be one of the host territories for the North American Indigenous Games (NAIG) 2027, which will take place in Calgary, Alberta. The games will be held in the territory of the Blackfoot Confederacy (Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations), the Îyarhe Nakoda (Bearspaw, Chiniki, and Goodstoney Nations), as well as the Tsuut’ina Nation. Calgary is also home to the Otipemisiwak Métis Government, Districts 5 & 6.
