Canada’s men’s volleyball team are at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. It’s been a long 24 year drought, so come out and celebrate with Edmonton’s Volleyball Community. In their first match, Canada beat 5th world ranked USA in straight sets.  Next up for Canada is NORCECA rival Mexico, come watch it FREE on a Big Theatre Screen at 5:30pm this Saturday, August 13 at Bernard Snell Hall, east entrance, UofA Hospital (8440-112 Street). Then again on Monday, August 15 at 5:30 pm as Canada takes on world powerhouse Italy.

Wear your red and white and cheer Team Canada as they start their Olympic tournament.  Bring your familiy and friends to enjoy this special occassion!  You can use the LRT, or pay for parking at Corbett Hall.
