Volleyball Alberta is currently reviewing the season of play, tryout period and signing dates.  Several options are being examined by the Athlete Development Committee, and a recommendation will be presented to the Volleyball Alberta Board of Directors to be voted on at the June 25 AGM.  The new policies will be communicated to the membership through email, news letter, website, and social media prior to July 1, so that everyone can prepare for the 2017/18 season.

Athletes are committed to their current clubs until June 30, 2017, no communication or contact (recruitment) from other clubs can be made during this period.  Athletes are unable to sign with a team for the 2017/18 season, until the new process has been finalized and communicated to the membership.
