Beach Wrap Up

The 2017 beach season wrapped up on August 20 in Ottawa with Youth Beach Nationals, as well as Senior Beach Nationals in North Bay. The Team Alberta Beach provincial team program sent a total of 14 teams to youth nationals, as well as having several other Alberta teams attend as well. This capped off another summer that saw record numbers of youth participating in beach volleyball in Alberta. A big thank you to all the athletes, coaches, parents, and officials who made the summer such a success!
