Volleyball Alberta will be hosting the 1st Annual Coach and Referee Symposium on December 14, 2019 at Mount Royal University in Calgary, AB. 

This multi-stream symposium will bring together Alberta’s volleyball coach and referee community for a day of professional development and sharing of best practices.  As leaders in the volleyball community within Alberta, participating coaches and referees will have the opportunity to learn from each other and from leading experts in their respective fields. 

The Coach and Referee Symposium will feature a coach education stream and a referee education stream, as well as combined sessions throughout the day where all participants will come together. 

Participants will be eligible for NCCP Professional Development credits where appropriate; however, please note that due to the changes in the NCCP Development Coach Certification pathway, there is no longer credit available for a Development Coach Workshop through the Symposium.

Registration opens September 2019.
